How Leveling Works
Every 1,000 XP takes you to the next level. XP comes from closing tickets, with rewards scaled by priority:

(If your team labels priority "Critical", that maps to urgent and pays the same 75 XP.)
Multipliers That Stack
Efficiency: resolve tickets in fewer messages for up to 1.5x XP. Drag out a conversation and it drops to 0.5x.
Combos: close tickets within 3 minutes of each other to build combo chains. Up to +25% bonus (5% per combo level).
Streaks: consecutive efficient resolutions (2 messages or fewer) build your streak. Hit milestones at 3 (+25 XP), 5 (+50 XP), 10 (+150 XP), and 25 (+500 XP) for bonus XP and gold.
SLA Tier: gold tier triples ticket XP, silver doubles it, bronze pays standard, missed pays nothing extra.
CSAT ratings: 5-star ratings give a +25% bonus. 4-star gives +15%.
How to Level Faster
Take the harder tickets. Urgent tickets pay 7.5x what low-priority ones do at base, and the efficiency multiplier rewards clean resolutions. Cherry-picking easy tickets is a losing strategy.
Prestige
At level 25 you earn a prestige point for the current season. The prestige system has a few rewards stacked into it:
- Up to 10 prestige levels per agent
- +1% bonus to all XP for every prestige level you hold
- 10% of your gold carries over to the next season (capped at 1,000 gold), so a great run isn't fully wiped when seasons turn
