Before You Cancel

  • Talk to us. If something's broken, let us try to fix it: support@cstar.help
  • Export your data. Grab everything from Settings > Team Tab > Export

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Team Tab > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel subscription
  4. Tell us why (this helps us improve)
  5. Confirm

Only the team Owner can cancel. That's the manage_billing permission.

What Happens After

Immediately: Your status changes to "Canceling." You keep full access until the billing period ends.

At period end: Your account becomes read-only. Data stays safe for 90 days.

After 90 days: Data may be permanently deleted. Export before this deadline.

Changed Your Mind?

Log back in within 90 days and reactivate from Settings > Team Tab > Billing. Everything will be where you left it, including your XP and achievements.
