The interface adapts to your screen. You can view and respond to tickets, check customer details, track your XP, and participate in boss battles -- all from your phone.

Push Notifications

  1. Open cStar in your mobile browser
  2. Go to Settings > Agent Tab > Notifications
  3. Accept the browser permission prompt

Now you'll get alerts even when cStar isn't open.

Add to Home Screen

For a more app-like experience, add cStar to your home screen. On iOS, use Safari's Share > Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome's menu > Add to Home screen. You get a dedicated icon and full-screen mode.
