How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? It happens. Here's the fix.

From the Login Page

1. Go to the cStar login page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email
4. Click Send reset link
5. Check your email (check spam if you don't see it in 2 minutes)
6. Click the link and set a new password

The link expires in 24 hours. If you miss it, just request another one.

While Logged In

Already in cStar but want to change your password anyway?

1. Click your profile avatar (top right)
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Account tab
4. Click Change password
5. Enter current password + new password
6. Click Save

Password Requirements

Your password needs to:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include at least one uppercase letter
• Include at least one number

That's it. No special characters required, no "must change every 90 days" nonsense. Just make it strong.

Pro tip: Use a password manager. You'll thank yourself later.

Still Stuck?

If the reset email never shows up or something's broken:

1. Check your spam folder (seriously, check it)
2. Make sure you're using the email you signed up with
3. Contact your team admin if you're still locked out
4. Email us at support@cstar.help if your admin can't help
