Quick Search
- Press
Ctrl/Cmd + K(or click the search bar) - Type your search query
- Results appear instantly
- Click a result to open it

Search Tips
Search by Content
"exact phrase"- Find exact matches (great for error messages)password reset- Find tickets containing both wordspassword OR reset- Find tickets with either word

- Click Filters in the ticket view
- Set your criteria:

Stop re-creating the same filters over and over:
- Set up your filters
- Click Save view
- Name your saved view (e.g., "High Priority Unassigned")
