Access Through the End of Your Billing Period
If you cancel on day 10 of your billing cycle, you keep access for the remaining 20 days. We do not cut you off the moment you cancel.
The 30-Day Grace Period
After access ends, your data stays safe for 30 more days. During this window you can:
- Change your mind and resubscribe
- Export your data
- Wrap up loose ends
You will see the Payment Required modal when you log in during the grace period. Subscribe again to restore access. All your data will be intact.
Exporting Your Data
Before or after canceling, you can export everything:
- Go to Settings, Billing section (or use the export button in the Payment Required modal)
- Click Export My Data
- Download your JSON file with all tickets, customers, articles, and settings
Your data belongs to you.
Reactivating
Changed your mind? Subscribe again from Settings, Billing. If you are within the grace period, everything will be exactly as you left it. Tickets, customers, XP, achievements, all of it.
Before You Go
If something is not working for you, we want to hear about it. Not to talk you out of leaving, but because we might be able to fix the problem. Reach out anytime.
