Understanding the Dashboard
Your dashboard is your command center. Here's what everything does.
The Main Panels
Tickets Panel - Your Quest Log
This is where the action happens. Every open ticket is a quest waiting for you.
Filters - Sort by status, priority, who it's assigned to, whatever you need.
Search - Type a keyword. Find stuff fast.
Bulk Actions - Select a bunch of tickets and update them all at once. Close 10 resolved tickets in one click. Feels good.
SLA Timers - Those little countdown clocks? They tell you what's urgent. Beat them for bonus XP.
Customer Panel - Your NPC Database
Every customer has a profile. Click into it and you'll see:
- Ticket History - What did they need help with before?
- Sentiment Tracking - Are they happy? Frustrated? The system tracks tone.
- Custom Fields - Add notes, account details, whatever helps your team.
Library - Your Spell Book
This is your knowledge base. Articles you can share with customers instead of typing the same explanation for the 47th time.
Search - Find the right article instantly.
Insert into Tickets - Copy-paste is for amateurs. Insert articles directly into your responses.
Analytics - See which articles actually help people.
Navigation That Makes Sense
Sidebar - Jump between Tickets, Customers, Library, Reports. Click around. Explore.
