How Achievements Work

Achievements are badges you unlock by hitting milestones. Some are simple. Some take real dedication. Some are hidden.

When you unlock one:

  • A notification pops with sound effects
  • It appears on your profile permanently
  • You earn bonus XP (amount depends on rarity)
  • Your teammates can see it

Achievement Categories

100+ achievements across 13 categories:

  • Volume: ticket closure milestones (first ticket, 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000)
  • Streaks: consecutive low-message resolutions without breaking the chain
  • Quality: CSAT performance, gold SLA consistency
  • Turnarounds: rescued angry customers, de-escalation milestones
  • Speed: fast resolutions, sub-minute responses
  • Boss: boss battle participation, final-blow achievements (start with Giant Slayer, climb to Raid Leader at 100 bosses)
  • Teamwork: 1-Ups sent and received, gold gifts, the Bank of Kindness ladder
  • Knowledge: articles written, referenced, audited
  • Leveling: level and prestige milestones
  • Audit: review and quality-check milestones for Managers and Admins
  • Community: forum engagement and moderation
  • Special: unusual or unexpected accomplishments
  • Hidden: secret achievements. You'll know when you unlock one.

Achievement Rarity and XP

Achievements have a rarity tier and a hand-tuned XP bonus. Rare and legendary tiers reward more. The harder the achievement, the bigger the reward.

Daily Quests

Every day, you receive a set of quests. Complete them for bonus XP. They reset daily.

Quest categories:

  • Ticket: close a target number of tickets
  • Efficiency: resolve quickly, low message count
  • Streak: maintain your streak
  • Response: hit response time targets
  • Boss: participate in or finish boss battles
  • SLA: protect your SLA tier (gold, silver, bronze)
  • Community: engage with community posts, comment, set status

Completing quests consistently unlocks its own streak bonuses.

Viewing Your Progress

Open your Profile to see:

  • All unlocked achievements with timestamps
  • Progress bars toward locked achievements
  • Daily quest status
  • Achievement rarity distribution

You can also view your teammates' achievements. A little healthy competition never hurt.

Hidden Achievements

Yes, there are secret achievements. No, we are not telling you what they are. Discovering them is part of the fun.

Hint: they involve doing something unexpected or creative. Think outside the ticket queue.
